Day 1

In a  glass of warm water, squeeze half a lemon. Drink this half an hour before breakfast and then prepare another one and take it half an hour before lunch.

Day 2

In 2 liters of mineral water squeeze 2 lemons. Drink one glass half an hour before breakfast, and another glass half an hour before lunch. Drink the rest during the day. If you want to spice it up, add a few blackberries or strawberries to the mix.

Day 3

Before breakfast and lunch, drink one glass of warm lemon water (half an hour before). Then drink the mineral version for the rest of the day (2 liters). Again, you can add a few strawberries or blackberries to the mineral mix if you wish so.

Day 4 and Day 5

Do the same thing you did on day 3.

Day 6

Prepare a glass of warm lemon water and drink it half an hour before breakfast and do the same thing before dinner.

Day 7

The last day of the program should become a habit to be practiced every day – half an hour before breakfast, drink a glass of warm lemon water.
