Remedy – 1: (Ginger)

Ginger contains certain compounds called shogaols and gingerols that help to relax the intestinal tract which in turn helps to cure upset stomach and its symptoms. It has anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory properties that reduce inflammation and calm down your digestive tract.

Steps to be followed…

  • Crush 2 – 3 inch piece of ginger and extract its juice.
  • Then add 2 teaspoons of ginger juice, 1 teaspoon of fresh lemon juice and a pinch of black salt in 1/4 cup of water.
