People have been using oils for a very long time. Oils have different health benefits and one of them is making our hands smooth and soft.Applying oil on your hands and massaging them regularly can give you amazingly soft and smooth skin.Even though all kinds of oils are helpful, in this particular home remedy method we are going to use Coconut Oil and Olive Oil, because Coconut oil has medium chain fatty acids which moisturizes our dry skin and its been proven to work very effectively, and Olive Oil is rich in antioxidants and fatty acids which has almost identical effects as Coconut Oil.

You will need:

Coconut/Olive Oil, or any other oil if you want.

How to prepare and use:

Start with warming the oil, but don’t over do it, oil needs to be warm.

After oil is warm enough, apply the oil on your hands and massage them for 5-10 minutes gently.

After you notice that your hands are becoming less drier and rough, you can reduce the time of massage.Once you start seeing the results, 1-2 minutes of daily massage should be enough and at the end 2-3 times a week.

Olive Oil and Sugar Scrub can help you to achieve Smooth and Soft skin

In this method we are gonna show you how to prepare Olive Oil and Sugar Scrub, and we can assure you that, this method  won’t fail you. You are gonna have smooth and soft skin because while Olive Oil moisturizes your skin and hydrates it, sugar exfoliates and rubs off the rough dead skin cells.


You will need:

1-2 Tablespoon of Olive Oil

1-2 Tablespoon of Sugar

How to prepare and use:

Prepare same amount of Olive Oil and Sugar for mixture.

Use gentle circular movement to scrub the mixture on your palms.You will do it for several minutes.

After you are done, let the scrub stay on your palms for a few more minutes.

Use warm water to wash it off lightly, and then take a towel and gently pat it dry.

After you are done, you can apply your usual moisturizer.

You will need:

1-2 Tablespoon of Honey

1-2 Tablespoon of Olive oil ( Optional )

Few drops of Lemon Juice ( Optional )

How to prepare and use:

Take little bit of honey and apply it on your hands for few minutes. After that wash it off gently with warm water and then pat it dry and apply your usual moisturizer. But if you want to see better effects, you can mix olive oil and lemon juice with honey. After you mixed them well, apply the mixture on your hands and let it stay 15-20 minutes. Wash it off gently with warm water and pat it dry gently and then apply your favorite moisturizer on your hands.Repeat this method for 2-3 times a week.
